Bringing Comfort and Support to Our Neighbors
The Watkins Caring Team is our company’s outreach initiative created to support the people who are part of the Watkins family. This includes our customers, employees, vendors, their families, and our local Ohio communities.
Sometimes that looks like sending a care package, offering encouragement during a difficult season, celebrating a big life moment, or finding a practical way to help when someone is going through a hard time. It’s our way of showing people that they matter way more than just their HVAC job.
That care starts within our own team. We do our best to identify when an employee has a need, and then come alongside them with compassion and support. We've watched as that culture of caring has spread outward into the way we serve our customers and the people around us.
For us, the Caring Team is also a reflection of our Christian faith. Not in a pushy religious way, but as a commitment to love our neighbors and serve others with genuine kindness. We believe caring for people is part of who we’re called to be, and this team helps us put that belief into action.
"I had them do a complete system rebuild and they were the cheapest by far. More importantly, my wife and I received very unfortunate news while they were in the middle of the project. I called their techs and politely asked them to leave. They had the house cleaned and tucked up in 10 minutes and left us alone. They worked with us patiently and got the system installed. Later they then left us a generous gift basket for our loss. Big company professional feel with little company family feel and prices. As far as I’m concerned Watkins is the only HVAC company for me."
