Austin spent 5+ hours on maintenance for my 2 AC units and discovered the source of recurring water puddling we’re seeing. Gooseneck in the piping was getting clogged constantly, causing condensation water to back up and puddle on both units. Austin spent much time figuring out what was causing the issue and implemented a work around of installing clear gooseneck piping, so we could watch for clogs to happen and address the clogs between tune-ups. Unfortunately his indoor shoe covers had a hole and tracked clumps of mud & gravel through the paths to both units before I discovered the mud/ gravel and it cost me 4 hours of vacuuming/ washing floors, which was exasperating.
Felix was extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. Explained what he found and all options. Not pushy or aggressive. Hope he continues to do our scheduled maintenance calls!
